May supervise or lead assigned employees in a variety of tasks and see that their jobs are done efficiently. Understands the importance of internal relations and team concept. May redefine duties in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
The office manager will take direction from senior management. Will report on the progress made in meeting company goals. In addition, manager should be decisive, observant, and innovative. The position requires analytical ability as well as tact. Greets customers and answers the phones, transfer calls and takes messages.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form. Ability to make difficult decisions efficiently and effectively in a timely manner

- Design or modify filing system to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Files will be kept in alphabetical, numerical and in chronological order according to office procedure.
- Dispense and receive documents such as timesheets, expense reports and verify them for accuracy.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Accounting Software a must.
- Audits, balances, and checks payroll, check register, purchase orders, credit card system and invoices.
- Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial reporting through general ledger. Process billing and collections, develop and implement controls to monitor collections.
- Tracks and logs in work via computer. Must be familiar with all aspect of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
