Position Overview
Location: Atlanta, GA 30319
Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support pre-employment medical evaluations. This role is ideal for a medical professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced occupational health environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 7–8 pre-employment medical appointments per day
- Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection
- Administer injections as required
- Complete 10-panel drug screenings for candidates
- Accurately document patient information and screening results
- Follow all clinical, safety, and compliance protocols
- Provide professional and courteous patient care
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience
- Active certification as one of the following:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Job Details
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Thursdays & Fridays | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks (06/29/2026 – 09/21/2026)
- Additional Availability: Occasional extra shifts may be available based on clinic needs
