What you will be doing:

  • Manage and develop new commercial service and preventative maintenance contract business.
  • Attract new clients by establishing and retaining relationships.
  • Identify and meet client requests while ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Serve as the leader of the prospecting and sales process to ensure new business and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish customer rapport with products and services.
  • Educate prospective customers on Legacy's superior quality products/services.
  • Help facilitate post-sale transitions with service/project members.
  • Continually call on assigned accounts to maintain and expand customer relationships.
  • Follow up with existing sales bids and leads while supporting team members to achieve KPIs.
  • Efficiently manage sales leads, customer orders, and current projects in Salesforce.
  • Maintain current knowledge of competitive products and system characteristics.
  • Work with the operations team to prepare and submit all technical data for approval.
  • Review all submittals and orders prior to processing.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, reporting potential claims.
  • Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions.
Experience you will need:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience within the Industrial, Construction / Service industry (MEP).
  • Experience in HVAC Sales preferred.
  • Demonstrable new business prospecting skills and prior sales results.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.
  • Proven ability to consistently contribute positively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders of all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal time effectively.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
